Jersey City, New Jersey, May 29, 2025 – Peace Care New Jersey has appointed Maggie Tadrous, MBA, MHA, LNHA, as the new administrator of Peace Care St. Joseph’s. Endorsed by the Peace Care Board of Trustees, Mrs. Tadrous began her tenure with Peace Care St. Joseph’s on April 28, 2025.
She brings over a decade of healthcare leadership experience, including skilled nursing operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and quality improvement. She has successfully led teams in skilled nursing, continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), and hospital settings. In addition to being a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA), she holds a Master’s in Health Care Administration from Hofstra University (Hempstead, NY) and a Master’s of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University (Patchogue, NY). Previously, she served in administrative leadership roles with Parker Jewish Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY, and NYC Health and Hospitals Corporation in Brooklyn, NY. She is also active in healthcare associations such as the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and LeadingAge (a community of over 5.400 non-profit aging services providers).
According to Mrs. Tadrous, “My goals are driven by the mission of Peace Care, which is to provide care with dignity, focusing on the whole person; care, compassion, and communion are at the core of my values as your Administrator.” She also said, “I look forward to working together in partnership as we continue to make Peace Care St. Joseph’s a place where residents thrive, families feel confident, and team members are proud to serve.”
Kyle Hreben, CEO of Peace Care NJ, said, “Maggie is committed to our mission, and we are looking forward to the future with her leadership at Peace Care St. Joseph’s and the contributions she will make.” Mrs. Tadrous will also participate in a missioning ceremony conducted by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace later this year.
