Spring Appeal 2026

“Forever grateful! Exceptional care, dedication, love, respect, empathy. It takes a village to care for someone and we were blessed to have all you.”

Dear Peace Care friend,

Spring at Peace Care is a season filled with beauty and meaning—from the blooming of flowers and the joy of Earth Day to the celebrations of Easter and Mother’s Day. It is a time to pause and reflect on the many blessings around us. Your continued support is one of those blessings, and we are deeply grateful.

As we embrace this season of renewal, we are excited to invite you to be part of something meaningful.

We ask that you support our Spring Appeal, which begins on Sunday, April 5th, and concludes on Thursday, May 21st. During this time, Peace Care will also participate in Hudson Gives on Thursday, May 14th—an event hosted by the Hudson County Chamber of Commerce to support nonprofits in Hudson County.

Our goal is to raise $30,000 to advance Peace Care’s mission, including support for the Memory Care Initiative, which provides specialized, compassionate care for residents living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

By donating to our Spring Appeal, you can make a meaningful difference and help us meet the goal. Every gift ensures our residents continue to receive the highest quality care in a compassionate, faith-based community guided by core values and rooted by the legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace.

At Peace Care, we are committed to providing compassionate care with dignity— focusing on the healing of the whole person. Every gift you make helps us continue to offer quality, faith-filled care to those who need it most. Your generosity creates a loving, healing environment where each resident is treated with compassion and respect.

Together, we continue the legacy of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Peace—bringing comfort, dignity, and hope to all we serve.

Sincerely,

Kyle S. Hreben

“My Mom lived at Peace Care St. Joseph’s for four and a half years. Many members of the staff became like family to us. The residents were treated and respected as individuals, and much care went into creating an atmosphere that truly felt like home.”
