The roof replacement project is ongoing.  The roof replacement materials have been received and contractor is in the process of installing the new roof.  Weather permitting, the new roof should be completed by the end of next week.  I will keep everyone updated on the progress.  Any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Residents, Family members and Team,

Recently, we have experienced water damage on our third floor as a result of the heavy storm activity. Therefore, we will be undergoing roof repair and replacement over the next few weeks.
